Changing A Menu

So it’s that time of year when chefs start to want to update the menu for spring and summer.  Its very often something not as easy as it sounds.   Our guests have their favorites and change may mean it will no longer be on the menu.   However, with that in mind, we try to keep most ingredients handy just in case of a meltdown by a patron not aware of our menu changes.  Next week some items will change hopefully to big smiles from everyone.  In any event, it is always in its additions to the menu aka specials that a chef can really showcase the flavors on his mind,so lets keep our taste buds open to new flavors.  Our thoughts to better days for all!
